Payment & cancellation

Regulations

Here you'll find all the information you need to book your stay, as well as our cancellation policy. We'll guide you step-by-step through a simple, transparent and worry-free experience.

  • When booking online or by telephone, the customer must present the credit card used to make the reservation at check-in. If the customer does not have this card, he/she will be obliged to pay for the reservation in another way, and his/her previous reservation will be reimbursed.
  • Domaine du lac St-Pierre is not responsible for items placed in the PWC's trunk and/or in the boat that may break or get lost.
  • A security deposit of two hundred dollars is required when renting accommodation (chalet or glamping). Le Domaine reserves the right to keep part or all of the deposit if any equipment is missing or broken, if an animal has been brought inside or if customers have been smoking.
  • In the event of breakage and/or accident, the customer will receive an estimate of repair and/or replacement costs within seven days of the event. Domaine du Lac St-Pierre will keep the security deposit until the assessment is made.
  • A travel fee of $80 / hrs. + 1.25 KM travelled applies in the event of a snowmobile accident or customer lost on the trail.
  • A late fee of $25 / 15 minutes late applies to snowmobile rentals without a guide.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
All activity reservations are refundable or changeable if a request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the activity, subject to availability.
All lodging reservations, including cabins and glamping units, are refundable or changeable if a request is made at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, subject to availability.
When a cancellation is requested by the customer, the processing fees associated with credit card payments are non-refundable. These fees will therefore be deducted from the refund amount.
A customer or group that does not arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of their activity may have their reservation canceled without a refund.
In the event of inclement weather, the Domaine du Lac Saint-Pierre will determine whether the activity should proceed as scheduled, be rescheduled, or be refunded.
Only the Domaine du Lac Saint-Pierre may, at its discretion, postpone an activity or reservation to a later date due to adverse weather conditions or conditions deemed unsafe.
